Our history
More than three decades of sector expertise
CiiS — Conseil informatique, intégration de services — has supported hospitality and restaurant businesses on their most critical systems since 1991. Over three decades, we’ve scoped, integrated and built for international hotel groups and chains of just a few properties alike, multi-business operators and restaurant chains — more than 200 projects, from audit to deployment.
One thing hasn’t changed: we don’t do hospitality "on the side." It’s been our field from day one.
Sector expertise
We know your systems from the inside
Our difference comes down to one thing: we know your systems from the inside. PMS and CRS (Opera Cloud, SynXis, FOLS), points of sale (Simphony, TcPos), Oracle Hospitality reporting, distribution, billing, finance connectors… these aren’t lines on a brochure, they’re the tools we’ve worked with for years.
That business knowledge changes everything. Where a generalist is still discovering your ecosystem, we already speak its language — which shortens scoping, de-risks integration, and avoids the mistakes that cost dearly in operations.
The team
The people who scope your project are the ones who build it
A deliberately small team of expert engineers — business and technical. No intermediate layers, no juniors billed to you at a premium: the people who scope your project are the ones who build it.
Each combines the dual skill set that defines CiiS: technical command (architecture, .NET development, data, integration) and a deep understanding of the hospitality and restaurant businesses. It’s this rare combination that lets us hold the full chain — from consulting to software in production.
What guides our choices
Business first
Technology is a means. What matters is that it serves your operation.
Relationships that last
We support our clients from audit to deployment, and long after. Many have worked with us for years.
A commitment to integration
A system is only worth what it’s connected to. Making heterogeneous ecosystems talk to each other is what we do best.
Sound judgment over hype
We recommend what serves the project — including AI, when it delivers real value, not because it’s the topic of the day.
