The problem
At the desk, the folio gets printed. Paper, waiting, a dated experience — for a bill the guest could simply see on screen.
The solution
The folio appears in real time on a tablet at the desk. The receptionist pushes it with one click, from their usual workstation, without changing a thing. Each workstation drives its own dedicated tablet. Behind the scenes: the PDF folio is captured in Opera Cloud via the Chrome extension, relayed to the PBS server, routed to the right tablet, displayed instantly.
